When Mic Jagger hands you a mic, you sing along. Even if you’re the President of The United States.
President Obama joined a group of music legends to sing “Sweet Home Chicago” at the White House Tuesday night. After being challenged to sing by Buddy Guy, Obama belted out the some lyrics and alternated lines with BB King.
Mic Jagger, BB King and Buddy Guy topped the all-star lineup which also included Susan Tedeschi and Jeff Beck.
The president and the first lady attended the celebration of blues in recognition of Black History Month. The whole show airs on PBS next week as part of the “In Performance at the White House” series.
