Poor Sarah.
In 2008, then-Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was the star of the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota, as Arizona Sen. John McCain’s running mate.
Four years later, she’s not the vice president and no longer the governor of Alaska. She’s not even a scheduled speaker at the 2012 Republican National Convention.
Well, at least she’s still a regular commentator on Fox News. Tonight, she’s planning to go on the cable “news” channel to highlight McCain’s “positive contributions” to the country as he addresses the RNC.
But wait! Fox News now says it doesn’t have time to put her on tonight, the very night that the 2012 vice presidential nominee, Paul Ryan, speaks to the RNC.
