Many of us know the words “a date that will live in infamy.” But on this, the 71st anniversary of the attacks, The Military Channel’s remastered footage of Pearl Harbor is sure to give history buffs a new way to remember the attacks that brought America into World War II.
Premiering Friday night, “Pearl Harbor Declassified” integrates state of the art technology and personal accounts to tell the story of the Pearl Harbor attacks in a fresh way. Author and historian Martin Morgan, who is featured frequently throughout the Military Channel documentary, says this is a way to “learn things that speak to the essence of what happened” and “speak to the intensity of the experience” of Pearl Harbor.
