* Minnesota Republicans reportedly hoped to see Rep. Michelle Fischbach launch a U.S. Senate campaign, but those hopes have been dashed: The GOP congresswoman announced that she’ll seek another term in the U.S. House next year.
* And in Arizona, Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs announced the dates of a special election to fill the vacancy left by the late Rep. Raúl Grijalva, who died last week. There will be a primary election on July 15, followed by a special general election on Sept. 23.
