Onetime presidential candidate and former New York governor George Pataki has endorsed Marco Rubio ‘s 2016 bid.
Pataki, who dropped out of the 2016 race in December, made the announcement on FOX News and on Twitter.

The New York Republican on Tuesday called Rubio “the best person to bring us together.” Former Arizona Sen. Jon Kyl also endorsed Rubio earlier this week. Pataki’s announcement comes one day after former Texas governor Rick Perry, another former 2016 hopeful, endorsed Ted Cruz as the next commander-in-chief.
