Secret Service K-9s Back on Duty after Fence Jumper
The two secret service dogs who took down fence jumper are cleared for duty.

After some fur-flying moments on the White House North Lawn Wednesday, the U.S. Secret Service says both K-9s involved in capturing a man who jumped the fence are back on duty.
23-year-old Dominic Adesanya of Bel Air, Maryland scaled the fence bordering the White House North Lawn around 7:15 Wednesday night and got just 15 feet when he was confronted by two Secret Service dogs trained to intercept intruders. The dogs, both Belgian Malanois, confronted Adesanya and brought him to the ground but not before he punched at least one of them. Secret Service agents arrested Adesanya and took him to a hospital for treatment after the encounter. He went before a judge on Thursday who ordered that he undergo a mental screening. He is charged with two federal offenses, including harming a police dog and could face more than a year in prison if convicted.
The Secret Service on Thursday tweeted out pictures of both dogs, Hurricane and Jordan, and says they are both okay and have been cleared for duty.
