President Obama delivered a speech Thursday at an interfaith service in Boston for victims of the marathon bombing. He declared this deadly attack will not break the spirit of Boston, or the country. “You will run again,” Obama said, aiming his comments at victims who lost limbs from the blasts. “Your resolve is the greatest rebuke to whoever committed this heinous act.”
Meanwhile, the FBI is on a manhunt for at least two men captured on video before the two bombs went off.
