First Word: Obama channeling JFK at Brandenburg Gate

Following in the footsteps of past presidents, President Obama delivered a speech at Berlin’s iconic Brandenburg Gate almost exactly to the date President JFK delivered his “Ich bin ein Berliner” speech. President Obama said he would ask Russia to join the United States in slashing its supply of strategic nuclear warheads. “I intend to seek negotiated cuts with Russia to move beyond Cold War nuclear postures,” Obama said.
