The networks called Florida for Mitt Romney as soon as they could last night, the result of a wide margin by which the reaffirmed frontrunner carried the state. Today Mitt Romney carries his momentum toward Nevada and a number of other states ahead of Super Tuesday, and beginning Thursday, he’ll do so with Secret Service protection.
Newt Gingrich, meanwhile, used his time last night to outline myriad executive orders he’ll sign before his inaugural ball – a stark contrast in style between his chief opponent, whom he reportedly did not call to congratulate last night, breaking longstanding tradition.
