I have traveled to Cuba yearly since 2009 and have seen significant changes on the island over the last five years. Fifty-four years of a failed embargo has only hurt the everyday Cuban. Thank you Mr. President! Engagement is better than isolation. Know that Cuban-American members of Congress DO NOT represent all Cuban Americans in the U.S.
