Get those “Hillary for 2016” bumper stickers ready. Not even a month since the 2012 presidential election, Clinton already has strong support for a second bid for president.
Fifty-seven percent of respondents to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll said they would back the current secretary of state if she runs in 2016, while 37% said they’d oppose her. Clinton, who is expected to step down from the Obama administration at the end of the year, has tamped down chatter about her political future, but her denials that she plans to seek the White House have not quite been Shermanesque.
