As a performance coach, Jennifer trains thousands of top Fortune 500 corporate executives. She speaks around the world about the physical aspects as applied to energy and performance by specializing in movement, exercise and nutrition. Along with delivering keynotes and group facilitation, Jennifer plays an active role in recruiting and developing all energy management facilitators and currently manages the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute’s Train-the-Trainer program. In addition, she works closely with the operations team to ensure excellence in global delivery of the Corporate Athlete Program.
As an experienced health educator and speaker, Jennifer has organized and managed several wellness events and programs. She also speaks at national conferences about the importance of energy management. In addition to being featured in the book Energy Everyday as a fitness model, she represents the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute in television and in print. She has contributed her expertise to articles for magazines and websites such as Florida Tennis and Healthline.com.
Jennifer holds a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education & Behavior with a specialization in Health Promotion/Wellness from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She holds a CPR/AED/First Aid certification by the American Heart Association.
