Carly Fiorina on Sunday feigned indifference over new barbs from Donald Trump, calling his recent remarks on women “sort of amusing.”
The two GOP presidential candidates have been volleying attacks since the first Republican debate this month, when Trump said that Fox moderator Megyn Kelly had “blood coming out of her wherever.” Fiorina deemed Trump’s comments, which many found implied Kelly was menstruating, “inappropriate.” Trump shot back, saying Fiorina has “zero chance” and that listening to her causes a “massive headache.”

And in Iowa over the weekend, the business mogul continued to take digs at the former Hewlett-Packard chief, saying “Carly was a little nasty to me … but I can’t say anything because she’s a woman, and I can’t be accused of being tough on women. I can’t do that, right?”
Asked on Sunday to respond, Fiorina just said, “honestly, I find it sort of amusing.”
“I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about or focusing on what Donald trump is saying,” Fiorina said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “When his insults are below the belt to someone I will make a comment.”
