OBAMACARE: An eye-opening new survey shows ignorance of the Affordable Care Act is still a huge hurdle for the big goal of signing up the uninsured. The survey finds that 9 in 10 people currently without health insurance are unaware that open enrollment in Obamacare resumes next month. And two-thirds of those polled in the Kaiser Family Foundation survey know “little” or “nothing at all” about HealthCare.gov and the other state-run exchanges where they can buy now-mandatory insurance.
