1. On Wednesday, the Senate began to consider a measure that would radically change how sexual assaults in the military is prosecuted. This comes one day after Senate majority leader Harry Reid announced his support for the proposal sponsored by New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Getting the bill passed has been an uphill battle for Sen. Gillibrand who joins All In to talk about it. 2. Tuesday night, Alburquerque voters said no to a ban on abortions after 20 weeks. When it comes to referendums on choice “opponents of abortion haven’t had much luck at the ballot box,” MSNBC’s Irin Carmon writes. So where does this put the anti-choice movement?
