Actor Eugene Levy joined Morning Joe today to talk about his new film “Madea’s Witness Protection,” in which he plays Wall Street guy, George Needleman, who learns that his firm has been operating a mob-backed Ponzi scheme – and that he’s been set up as the fall guy.
Levy says the film took 16 days to make, which Levy also says was the shortest length of time he’s worked on a film.
Levy has had a fairly esteemed comedic acting career dating back to the classic Canadian comedy series SCTV going through “Splash” (oh yes!), “National Lampoon’s Vacation” (remember him as the car salesman?) to Christopher Guest films and the “American Pie” film series.
