President Obama travels to Newport News, Virginia Tuesday to rally the public against across-the-board spending cuts set to take effect Friday, in an effort to get Congress back to the negotiating table. Plus, former Senator Chuck Hagel’s nomination to lead the Defense Department could see a cloture vote Tuesday morning. We’ll discuss with Rep. Rob Wittman from the Armed Services Committee, as well as Ed O’Keefe and Andy Kroll.
