As an experienced performance coach and corporate trainer, Lynn has dedicated her career to the self-leadership of corporate executives. Through her energetic, personable and engaging style, Lynn partners with leaders to identify and implement action plans that increase personal engagement and enhance performance at work and home.
Lynn uses her experience as a business leader, executive coach, keynote speaker and former collegiate Division I athlete to help clients from a range of Fortune 500 companies such as GE, AT&T and Starbucks, as well as nonprofit organizations such as Smith College and The University of Arizona.
For over 20 years, Lynn has served as a leader in organizations such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Parke-Davis and Warner-Lambert. While at Novartis, Lynn was responsible for forming the US Medical Affairs Training Department. Within this role, Lynn oversaw curriculum development, managed programs, formulated marketing strategies and oversaw department operating practices.
Lynn’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree of interdisciplinary studies from The University of Arizona in which she specialized in English, health and sociology. Lynn holds two master’s degrees: a master’s in public health from The University of Arizona and a master’s in organizational development and leadership from The Fielding Institute. Lynn has been formally trained as an Executive Coach through CoachU, a certified International Coaching Federation institution.
