All 19 defendants in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ election interference probe made their way to Atlanta this week to be processed at a local jail.
Willis gave the defendants a deadline of 12 p.m. ET on Friday to voluntarily surrender. Former President Donald Trump turned himself in Thursday evening.

- Influencing witnesses
Kutti, a publicist linked to musicians R. Kelly and Kanye West, surrendered on Aug. 25. Her bond was set at $75,000.

Clark, a former Justice Department official, surrendered on Aug. 25. He was released on a $100,000 bond.

Meadows, Trump’s former White House chief of staff, surrendered on Aug. 24. He was released on a $100,000 bond.

- Conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statements and writings
- Influencing witnesses
Floyd, executive director of Black Voices for Trump, surrendered on Aug. 24. He did not negotiate a bond agreement and was taken into custody, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

Powell, a pro-Trump lawyer who pushed conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, surrendered on Aug. 23. She was released on a $100,000 bond. Smith, a Trump 2020 campaign lawyer, surrendered on Aug. 23. He was released on a $50,000 bond. Shafer, one of the so-called fake electors in Georgia and the former chairman of Georgia Republican Party, surrendered on Aug. 23. He was released on a $75,000 bond. Latham, a so-called fake elector in Georgia and the former chair of the Coffee County Republican Party, surrendered on Aug. 23. She was released on a $75,000 bond. 9 charges Eastman, a lawyer and one of the main architects behind the 2020 election scheme, surrendered on Aug. 22. He was released on a $100,000 bond. Hall, a bail bondsman facing charges over a voting system breach in Coffee County in early 2021, surrendered on Aug. 22. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
