Anthony Weiner admitted Thursday to exchanging sexually charged messages with as many as three women since resigning from Congress two years ago.”I don’t believe I had any more than three,” he said when asked by an Associated Press reporter how many women he engaged with online. Weiner also said he had online sexual relationships with six to 10 women while he was in office.

Weiner also denied having an addiction while speaking with reporters after volunteering at a soup kitchen in Brooklyn.

The gossip website, The Dirty, uncovered lewd messages between Weiner, who used the pseudonym “Carlos Danger,” and another woman in August 2012, a year after he stepped down from office.Ignoring increasing calls from newspapers and political rivals to bow out of the race, Weiner is continuing his mayoral campaign, with his wife, Huma Abedin by his side.
