Hurricane Sandy made landfall Monday at Atlantic City, NJ, and swept through New York City later that afternoon and evening. Hundreds of people were either stranded in their homes without power or forced to evacuate due to flooding. msnbc’s Krystal Ball, Steve Kornacki, and Joy Reid were able to make it in to 30 Rock to join us for The Last Word.
