“When the network asked me to do another Friday night show,” said msnbc’s Lawrence O’Donnell after Friday’s Last Word, “I said OK, but if I do a Friday show you’re going to have to let me talk about sex.”
The good news for O’Donnell: last week’s news cycle was dominated by the extramarital affair of former CIA Director David Petraeus.
In a Very Last Word web exclusive, O’Donnell contended the Petraeus affair is not about sex at all, but about judgment. Also, Karen Finney discussed the “the gift that keeps on giving that is Mitt Romney,” and the comments he made about Obama’s campaign “gifts” in a recorded call to donors.
