BREAKING: NBC News declares Mitt Romney the projected winner in today’s GOP primaries in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, where the polls just closed.
Romney is expected to win Maryland by a significant margin over Rick Santorum with Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich trailing far behind.
