BREAKING: NBC News has declared Mitt Romney as the projected winner in Wisconsin, where the polls closed at 9pET.
Romney was already the projected winner in today’s GOP primaries in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, where the polls at 8pET.
Romney is expected to win Maryland by a significant margin over Rick Santorum with Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich trailing far behind.
