Republicans are expressing faux outrage yet again, this time over remarks by Joe Biden.
The vice president told supporters in rural southern Virginia today that Romney and Ryan are “good men” but with “fundamentally flawed judgment.”
Biden predicted Republicans would put them “back in chains” by getting rid of regulations on financial institutions that Obama signed into law.
Watch the video:
“Look at what they value and look at their budget and what they’re proposing,” Biden said. “Romney wants to, he said in the first 100 days, he’s gonna let the big banks again write their own rules. Unchain Wall Street. They’re gonna put you all back in chains.”
The Romney campaign pretended to flip out, with spokeswoman Andrea Saul writing that Biden’s comments are “not acceptable in our political discourse” and represents a “new low.”
A new low? This from the “Obamacare creates death panels” crowd?
