* It was inevitable that Mitt Romney’s “47 percent” problem would start showing up in attack ads, and the first out of the gate is this new spot from Priorities USA Action. It’s airing in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
* In national polling, NBC/WSJ shows President Obama leading Romney by five (50% to 45%), USA Today/Gallup shows Obama up by one (47% to 46%), and Associated Press-GfK also shows Obama up by one (47% to 46%).
* In Virginia, a Washington Post poll shows Obama leading Romney by eight points (52% to 44%), while Quinnipiac/CBS News/New York Times shows Obama up by four (50% to 46%).
* In Colorado, the Quinnipiac/CBS News/New York Times poll shows Obama’s lead at just one point, 48% to 47%.
