* The Pennsylvania Supreme Court this morning ruled that the Green Party’s presidential ticket did not properly follow state election laws and cannot appear on the Keystone State’s 2020 ballot.
* In New Jersey, Donald Trump’s re-election campaign this morning asked a federal court to block state election officials from beginning an early count of mail-in ballots.
* In North Carolina, a new USA Today/Suffolk poll found Joe Biden narrowly leading the Republican incumbent, 46% to 43%, while in the state’s U.S. Senate race, Cal Cunningham (D) leads incumbent Sen. Thom Tillis (R), 42% to 38%.
* In Arizona, a new Monmouth poll found Biden leading Trump among registered voters, 48% to 44%, while in the state’s U.S. Senate race, Mark Kelly (D) leads incumbent Sen. Martha McSally (R), 50% to 44%.
* In South Carolina, the latest Quinnipiac poll found Trump leading Biden by six points, 51% to 45%, while in the state’s U.S. Senate race, the same survey found incumbent Sen. Lindsey Graham (R) tied with Jamie Harrison (D), with each garnering 48% support.
* On a related note, Harrison’s campaign reportedly collected $1 million in contributions yesterday, fueled almost entirely by this poll result.
