Sen. Pat Roberts‘ love of the animated movie “Frozen” was outed Thursday during a Senate finance committee hearing when his cell phone began ringing with the sweet sound of Idina Menzel’s voice singing “Let It Go.”
“Just let it go,” the Kansas Republican said as he silenced his phone. The members of the committee meeting looked on in shock and some couldn’t hold back the laughter.
Roberts’ communications director Sarah Little confirmed to msnbc that his grandkids inspired the ringtone choice. “He balances it with Johnny Cash’s ‘I Walk the Line.’ He changes depending on the day,” Little said.
Somebody had to tell the Obama Administration to "Let it go." #forthegrandkids
