Lady Gaga is the runner-up, despite having to cancel the end of her tour due to a hip injury.
Director Steven Spielberg is the only man to crack the top five, up seven spots from last year due to the success of his film, “Lincoln.”
Beyonce comes in fourth due to her world tour and endorsement deals. Madonna comes in at number five, mainly because she raked in $125 million her recent world tour.
