Congress is back in session, but still Loretta Lynch waits for her confirmation to U.S. Attorney General.
President Obama nominated Lynch back in November.
But Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell says he won’t move on her nomination until the Senate passes a bill that toughens laws against human trafficking… and that bill’s been at an impasse because of abortion restrictions that Republicans put in the bill.
Lynch is the longest delayed nominee for Attorney General in 30 years.
