“It’s really true that when you have good sleep you feel as if you can tackle anything and when you don’t, obstacles often seem insurmountable,” says the MSNBC anchor.
“So often, as women, we base our self-worth on others. But, to be most comfortable in your own skin is to accept yourself, to like yourself,” says the MSNBC anchor.
“Parents and children need to feel nurtured and protected, and right now that’s not happening,” says MSNBC anchor Yasmin Vossoughian.
