* The Georgia Supreme Court declined to rescue radical rules that Republicans on the state election board wanted to impose ahead of Election Day.
* A great many Republican Party officials have tried to convince their party’s base to take advantage of early voting, and there’s some preliminary evidence that suggests those efforts have been effective.

* Republican Voters Against Trump and Future Forward, a pro-Harris super PAC, have launched a new ad featuring a white man in Alabama who tells viewers, “I’m a lifelong Republican, and I voted for Trump twice, but I can’t do it again.” The spot is part of a $32.5 million effort by Republican Voters Against Trump.
* And while the former president has occasionally suggested that he’s prepared to compete in his former home state of New York, the latest Siena poll suggests he shouldn’t bother: The survey found Harris leading the GOP nominee 58% to 39% among likely voters.
