Officials must take action to reprimand the individuals responsible for the botched health care website rollout, former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said on Monday’s Morning Joe.
“I don’t think there’s any doubt that in order to give people confidence, they’ve got to make some changes,” said Gibbs, who is also an msnbc contributor.
Despite the Democratic unity being tested in the past several weeks, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said over the weekend that the party continues to support the president’s signature law.
“Democrats stand tall in support of the Affordable Care Act,” she said Sunday on NBC News’ Meet the Press. “What is important about it is that the American people are well-served, not who gets re-elected.”
