New details surrounding the scandal that forced Anthony Weiner to resign from Congress have emerged. Weiner, now running for New York City Mayor, was forced to resign in 2011 after tweeting lewd pictures of himself to a young woman. On Tuesday it was revealed that Weiner continued to send promiscuous pics to a young woman a year after he resigned from Congress. And the website that broke the story reports that Weiner sent those photos using the pseudonym “Carlos Danger.” But Weiner still has the support of his wife Huma Abedin, a former aid to Hillary Clinton, who stood by his side in Tuesday’s press conference and made a statement. Weiner has vowed to stay in the mayor’s race. Public Relations expert Howard Bragman and psychotherapist Robi Ludwig will discuss how these new revelations will affect Weiner’s political aspirations. New York Congressman Charlie Rangel will also join Jansing & Co. with his take on the Weiner situation.
Later, Rep. Rangel will talk about the Congressional Black Caucus’ reaction to the Zimmerman verdict and how to restore public faith in a Congress with an all time low approval rating.
Forbes Magazine will soon release its updated America’s Top Colleges List and some of the top ranked colleges may surprise you. Forbes’ Executive Editor Michael Noer will join Jansing and Co. to discuss the criteria used to rank the schools.
