Pop star Katy Perry has made Hillary Clinton an offer she might not refuse.
The chart-topping American singer took to the photo-sharing Instagram application to tell the former secretary of state that she will “write her a ‘theme’ song if she needs it” to run for president in 2016.
Perry also posted the message to Twitter, where Clinton responded, referencing Perry’s hit song, “Roar”:
.@katyperry Well that’s not a Hard Choice. You already did! Keep letting us hear you Roar.

The pop star’s message appears alongside an image of herself standing with the former secretary of state and holding a copy of the politician’s new memoir, “Hard Choices.” Clinton’s book, released less than two weeks ago, details accounts of the crises and challenges she faced during her four-year term as secretary of state, and how the experiences shaped her perspectives. The potential 2016 presidential candidate scheduled several upcoming events to promote her long-awaited memoir.
