New York Attorney Letitia James on Wednesday announced a lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, his three eldest children — Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump — and the Trump Organization, alleging fraudulent business practices.
The lawsuit seeks $250 million in penalties and aims to restrict Trump’s ability to conduct business in New York.
