The Republican presidential hopeful took some time off from his campaign to show off his impersonation skills of various characters on the hit TV show.
The video, produced by Buzzfeed, comes in the wake of the news that longtime voice talent Harry Shearer is leaving the show. Cruz enthusiastically stepped up to the plate to audition for his replacement. Watch:
