It’s like actually taking candy from a baby. Last night we told you about the attack on hungry children being waged by Republicans in the House.
This newly proposed legislation would make it so workers who strike, a standard union tactic to help families be sure they can put food in the mouths of their children, would be ineligible for food stamps–a program that keeps 42 million Americans fed.
We want to formally introduce you to the guys who are to blame for this outrageous provision in HR1135:
