This phenomenal art installation went live last night on San Francisco’s Bay Bridge. Artist Leo Villareal installed 25,000 LED lights along the bridge’s 1.8 mile western span and programmed them to light up in patterns reminiscent of wind, water and waves (to name just a few). “The Bay Lights” will remain up for the next two years.
