Building on his 2012 DACA initiative, this executive action provides temporary relief from the threat of deportation for even more people who are living in the country illegally.

The community remains on edge as a decision looms for the grand jury tasked with whether or not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the August shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown. A state of emergency has already been declared by Missouri governor Jay Nixon in anticipation of the reaction by protestors and activists to the grand jury decision. We have a table of legal experts to explain just what the grand jury will use to determine its decision.
We will take an extended look at the growing controversy surrounding comedian and actor Bill Cosby over allegations of rape and sexual assault. Thirteen women have come forward, most with strikingly similar accounts. Host Melissa Harris-Perry will speak with one of Cosby’s accusers.
