La'Kita Williams is the founder and principal strategist of CoCreate Work, a workplace culture consultancy guiding businesses to systems-level changes that result in measurable successes and inclusivity. She holds a master’s degree in social work and has done culture-building work with organizations from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She is the co-host of the CoCreate Work Podcast and an associate professor in communication leadership at the University of Washington.
