Janet L. Peterson is the diversity lead at  iRelaunch, which aims to help professionals, returning from career breaks, get back to work.  She held previous leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, and was a leadership board member at The American Diabetes Association. 
Nikki Steingold is a senior marketing consultant at iRelaunch.  She was the originator of the award-winning “3, 2 1, iRelaunch” podcast and co-author of “The iRelaunch Return to Work Roadmap.”
