Dan Schnur teaches politics and communications at the University of California, Berkeley; Pepperdine University; and the University of Southern California. A former Republican campaign strategist, he is a political independent. He was a founder and co-chairman of the bipartisan Voices of Reform project, which laid the foundation for the state’s 2010 redistricting reform.
