Apparently, Herman Cain had a rally today on Capitol Hill. Yeah, it’s okay… I didn’t know anything about it before now, either. As you can see from the photo, attendance was in the tens of people. And clearly, no one can blame bad weather for the low turnout. Look at that sky… not a cloud anywhere. I first found out about this so-called rally thanks to this tweet from Slate’s Dave Weigel.

According to the Washington Examiner, Mark “The Smoking Guy” Block is promising a sequel to the infamous and inexplicable Cain web ad that made gained national attention.Block is promising, “When the smoking sequel comes out, it’ll really grab your attention.” He also told the Examiner he now carries around a tiny pen to autograph cigarettes for his nicotine-addicted brethren.
