With Wednesday’s presidential announcement to reduce gun violence through 23 executive actions, the real struggle of getting any gun control legislation through a divided Congress is steering lawmakers further away from the aisle. As expected, the NRA is not backing down and in an interview with the Savannah Guthrie on the “TODAY” show, NRA’s David Keene opposed some key provisions of President Obama’s gun plan. Keene argued that limiting magazines to just 10 rounds would not stop a mass shooter. “It takes a second to change the magazine.”
